The robot overall feels pretty robust and solid in use. We ran it through some product testing, and to be honest, it performed more reliably than we expected. It handled multi-path setups smoothly without any issues. That said, when we started designing more complex routes, we found the software a bit more complicated than we had anticipated — mostly because there are a lot of parameters and fine-tuned settings to go through. Not necessarily a bad thing, but definitely something that takes time to get used to. Fortunately, their technical support team was excellent. Every question we had got answered promptly, and for a few specific features we wanted to implement, they even provided custom documents tailored to our needs — step-by-step guides that made things much easier. We’ve already placed a bulk order and are looking forward to completing our project and continuing the partnership moving forward.
